Good day! I would like to ask regarding for the change claimants of the akap assitance since i already back to work as an ofw. I ask the dole of what will be the requirements to change the claimants if the akap assitance released so that my wife will be the one to claim it and they send what will be the requirements to change the claimants. They said just send your valid id of me and my wife, proof of relationship and the authorization letter that spicify the name and # of my wife i already send them but still they sent it into.I hope it change the claimants into my wife ROSEMARIE L. TULIN.
