Your Request You asked for Non-life Insurance License Certificate and Number. Response to Request In relation to your request, please be advised that according to the records of this Commission, shows no existing license in our system. In this regard, please be informed that you may instead secure a Certificate of Examination from this Commission through the submission of a signed request letter addressed to the Licensing Division indicating the examination details such as date, place, and the type of examination taken, and to pay a certification fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00). Please note that this Commission can only issue a Certification for examination administered by this Commission. Moreover, please be reminded of the following: 1) Setting of appointment thru the IC Appointment System which can be accessed through https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login ; 2) Office hours of the Commission is from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. only, and 3) Cut off time of our Cashier Section is until 2:00 P.M. only. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by email at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
