RTC San Jose, Mindoro regarding civil case No. R-2062 ( Amelia P Umali versus Reynaldo Gadacho for declaration of Nullity of Marriage). The decision is received by your good office as verified from PHLPOST on January 5, 2021.

But per handling OSG lawyer of said case, we did not file a Motion for Reconsideration of the Decision dated 17 November 2020 granting the Petition for declaration of nullity of marriage in Sp. Proc. Case No. R-2062.

Your right to request a review
