I would like to know that no appeal or Motion for Reconsideration has been filed in opposition to the decision of RTC San Jose, Mindoro regarding civil case No. R-2062 ( Amelia P Umali versus Reynaldo Gadacho for declaration of Nullity of Marriage). The decision is received by your good office as verified from PHLPOST on January 5, 2021.
