March 4, 2022 Dear Maria adelfa JAVELLANA, Thank you for your request dated Mar 04, 2022 06:33:02 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for No vaccine,no rtcpr or antigen all teleperformance esp.teleperformance ayala. This pertains to your concern relative to the mandatory requirement of your company to have all their workers fully vaccinated against COVID-19 pursuant to the issued IATF Resolution No. 148-B, Series of 2021 which accordingly is confusing with RA 11525 Section stating "That the vaccine cards shall not be considered as an additional mandatory requirement for educational, employment and other similar government transaction purposes". Please be informed that the aforementioned IATF issuance and the IATF Resolution No. 149, S. 2021, states that unvaccinated workers tasked to do onsite work may report to work provided that they undergo regular RT-PCR test at their own expense. The frequency of the RT-PCR test will be determined by the employer or should be at least once every two weeks. Unvaccinated workers who fail to present a negative RT-PCR test result will not be allowed to work on-site and may be allowed work from home arrangement. However, if work from home arrangement is not applicable, they can opt not to work and file for leave of absence using their available leave credits.
