Hi, would like to complain against Converge ICT Solutions for not giving me SOA for 8 straight months. I already sent them an email since January but they don't really like to reply and give attention to my request. I continue ask for updates but still no replies received, even in my contact number. Hope this will make me received the SOA I'm requesting for almost a year. Thank you
