Good day. I have made the following request. #AFP-893003103155 It was declined and the respondent suggested that I send another request to [email protected] with my personal information and endorsement letter from my academic department. I followed the advice and sent an e-mail on 9 July this year. I haven't gotten any response for this 3 months. How can I handle this? They did not reject my request but are simply ignoring it. How can I contact them and ask further assistance? Sorry, this is not a direct request for a specific data. But I need your help.
