Hi! I am currently taking up MS in Construction Management at PUP-Manila and I am now writing my thesis entitled "IMPLEMENTATION OF RA 9184 IN THE PROCUREMENT OF FISHERY POST-HARVEST INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES IN THE PHILIPPINES" wherein my target respondents are BAC personnel under BFAR CO and its regional offices. In line with this, may I humbly inquire for the number of BAC personnel engaged in procuring of fishery post-harvest infra facilities with the given below format:
