As a part of the curriculum of BS Architecture Program. I John Joel A. Dipasupil, a fifth year Architecture student of Batangas State University, hereby request from your good office to allow me to conduct technical research and information regarding my thesis proposal “A Proposed Sports Complex in San Pablo City, Laguna” as a requirement of our subject in Architectural Design 9 (ARCH 543).
In connection with this, it would be highly regarded if you could provide me of some pertinent data or documents such as:

Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the information you requested. Hereunder also are the other information you are requesting.
1. No of students in Region IV-A by Division - The DepEd can provide you with the information you are requesting
2 No. of students athletes in Regional IV-A by Division/Municipalities, age and gender - I may suggest that you have to get in touch with all the municipalities under Regional IV-A
3. No. of athletes per sports event in Regional Sports Competition - We only have the information on the number of national athletes
4. DepEd Organizational Chart/Structure - you may direct your request to DepEd Office
5. PSC Organizational Chart - it is available on the PSC website. psc.gov.ph
6. Report about the current regional athletes and Philippine Sports - - We will be having a Batang PInoy this December with a total number of more or less than 8000.
