Since it was installed last September 15 under Service Acceptance Report No. 614150, no internet connection was established. The personnel who installed gave us the instruction that we should wait for 2-3 days before its activation. After waiting several days, still no internet was established which made me call your customer hotline for a complaint ticket. I was given Ticket No.003286990 with action to be taken as "Urgent Activation" waiting for 24-48 hours. After that period, I have consistently followed up any progress on this concern but until today, no immediate action was made.
