Good day! I would like to follow up regarding on my egsis account registration since it was not been approved despite complying on the required steps. It says that my BP number is invalid hence i cannot go through. Also, as reflected on my payslip for the month of March 2020, i was deducted for my consoloan. However, there was no refund that has been made respectively. I would like also to know the status of my consoloan deductions since i cannot access it through egsis mo. Personnel of GSIS Dipolog are not responding with our queries through phone calls and texts. Thanks & God bless.
