Respectfully referred this letter to your good office in relation to the Philhealth Online Services, specifically the Member Portal account creation. My name is RICHARD R. GAUFO, a Philhealth Member, and I am having issues with not receiving the activation e-mail link that was supposed to be sent to my e-mail ad: [email protected] after completing the steps and providing my basic information. To Whom It May Concern, GREETINGS! Kindly close this REQUEST TICKET, I have received the Philhealth Member Portal activation link/reset password link last night Dec. 21, 2023. I found out that the initial links that was being sent to the SPAM mail of my e-mail account. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Yahoo mail app, check the settings and tried the process registration/password rest and it WORKED. I have successfully LOG-IN to my Philhealhealth Member Portal.
