Hi, I would to request a deportation for the said name working In france as Domestic helper,an illegal recruiter who took hundreds of money from applicant

We asked for a refund since she has tons of alibis of work permit till such time that untill now that she can't shows any legal documents

November 8, 2023 Dear Ritchie Walsh, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 12, 2023 06:20:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Based on your letter, you were requesting for the deportation of an un-named person working in France as Domestic helper and alleged illegal recruiter. We appreciate the information given. However, please be informed that the Bureau of Immigration has no jurisdiction over OFW abroad, the matter may be best addressed by the Department of Foreign Affairs- Foreign Service Post (DFA- FSP) in the country where the incident took place. Please note that the OWWA is an attached agency of the DOLE whose mandate protects and promotes the welfare of OFWs and their dependents. You may coordinate with the Philippine Embassy in France for proper action. Thank you. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
