Mabuting araw. I would like to request for publication of manila bulletin from march 21 to 30, 1994 regarding a tragedy involving a Philippine vessel under Seapower Manning Agency. My father was one of the casualties and we were not able to secure any documents regarding the incident to file a Death Certificate for Presumptive Death. We are currently transferring a house and lot property that required any proof of presumptive death of my father, PERFECTO YTAC COMBENIDO. For your kind assistance, please.
Mabuting araw! A gentle followup on this request, please. Thank you!
