According to reports (https://www.sunwebhk.com/2020/02/polo-to-have-new-contract-submission.html), senators, and discussion - DOLE has is building/implementing a "new system for submitting contracts by employment agencies". I would like to obtain information about the budget for this project, including which DOLE department is funding the project, number of DOLE staff in the project, contractors to the project, and expected delivery date.
