Hi,
I was able to come across DSWD's future projects for disadvantaged groups in 2023 in Koronadal CIty South Cotabato. The 4 buildings endorsed are Home for the Aged, Center for the Handicapped, Substitute homecare for women and Training center with Dormitory. I would like to request the following information if available.
1. Will all these 4 buildings be constructed on one location only? Where will be the proposed location?
2. If they will be constructed in separate locations, where will each of them be constructed?
3. For the Training Center with Dormitory, who are the target users?

I refer to my letter of Sep 24, 2022 01:10:25 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for New DSWD Projects for Disadvantage Groups, Koronadal CIty.
While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we find your request incomplete. Thus, your FOI request did not meet the requisites of a valid FOI request.
Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that:
SECTION 9. Procedure. The following procedure shall govern the filing and processing of requests for access to information:
(a) Any person who requests access to information shall submit a written request to the government office concerned. The request shall state the name and contact information of the requesting party, provide valid proof of his identification or authorization, and reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information: Provided, that no request shall be denied or refused acceptance unless the reason for the request is contrary to law, existing rules and regulations or it is one of the exceptions contained in the inventory or updated inventory of exception as hereinabove provided. As emphasized, you indicated the requested information and purpose of the request, however, the attached school I.D is no longer valid.
