I'm writing in regard to data pertaining to Net Enrollment Ratio of the Philippines from the year 1990 to 2021. I'm Allysa Rose Gutierrez, a third year student under of College of Social Sciences and Development from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Me and my groupmates in thesis are working on a paper about "The Impact of Human Capital (Gross enrollment ratio) on the Environmental Deterioration in the Philippines and I believe that the data you will obtain will going help our paper. On behalf of my team, I'm formally requesting permission to access this data.
We plan to use this data for our thesis paper. Aside from the members of my team, we aim to share the data with the supervisory panel of our department as well as the editors and proofreaders assigned to the task.
