Hi, I'm using a private car and I only have a non pro driver's license. How can I create a LTO individual account if the LTO portal is asking for the conductor's license number and serial number?

Your request You asked for a Need for Conductor's License number in LTO Portal Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. In addition, you can create an LTMS portal account even if you have not been issued a driver's license card or the serial number does not match by registering on the LTMS portal. Just click "Register Now" and "Terms of Agreement" will appear. Then select "Enroll as Individual" and click "NO" on the question "Do you have a Philippine Driver's or Conductor's License?" and press "Next". After that, fill up the following forms or answer the questions. And once you have an LTMS portal account and have been issued a driver's license ID card, kindly request our client care team at this email [email protected], to sync it to your LTMS portal account.
