March 23, 2022 Dear Liza, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 22, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for NCIP Certification. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance what you are requesting is a certificate of height waiver for your job application. We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. May I know if your are a member of Cultural Communities and what ethnicity do you belong. NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such certification but only at the Regional Office level. Since you are in Leyte you may addressed your concern to Dir AGOSTO MAGLUNSOD, Regional Director NCIP Region 6/7 and you can email at region6/[email protected], or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dir. Agosto Maglunsod at region6/[email protected] Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
