Hi i would like to request the information regarding;
1. How to get a certificate to National Commission of Indigenous People since the office of City of Lipa only issued Endorsement letter.
2. I would like to ask if I can get a certificates for NCIP so that I can continue my application with the Philippine Air Force since my height is only 4'9 and requirements are 5'0.
