Subject: Request letter for the information about Sanitation & Sanitization Quality in K-12 Schools
Dear Sir/Madam:
Good Day! I am a 5th-year architecture student at the school of Aklan State University-College of Industrial Technology conducting an architectural research on Hygienic Architecture: Smart Sanitization school redevelopment. As a requirement for our subject ARD 9 (Architectural Thesis Research).
The study is about re-designing the public school considering the smart sanitizing innovations and finding a solution on the adaptation of the post-pandemic through an architectural solution that provides a clean, well sanitized, and healthy school environment, that also assists in improving the well-being and quality of education of the students. In this regard, I would like to ask for assistance from your office in procuring relevant data and materials for my research paper.
Hoping for your favorable response.
Respectfully yours,

The outbreak of the pandemic gives us the realization of the more importance of good hygiene and a well-sanitized environment to protect ourselves from infectious disease. Schools are one of the places where prone to transmissions of infectious pathogens like influenza (flu), chickenpox, tuberculosis (TB), and other diseases that can transmit through airborne and contaminated surfaces. Manual sanitizing the classroom facilities using disinfectant chemicals do not provide a 99% safe environment especially when students and teachers are in the presence. To reduce the threats of pathogen transmission, the building should protect itself from infectious pathogens through self-cleaning and sanitizing technology and strategic school design to control infection transmission. For example, considering the use of UV light to sanitize the classrooms safely while students and teachers are in the presence that provides continuous disinfection during class hours. Another example is a facility that prevents itself from producing organic compounds were the causes of the prevalence of diseases and protect itself from pollutants that causing degrading the structure of a building. Through this solution, the school can provide a safe, clean, and healthy environment that may contribute to improving the education of many students. As well as the school building can maintain the quality for the long run with less cost in maintenance. The study aims to provide a solution to provide a safe, clean, and healthy environment that may improve the education of the students through the architectural solution.

Hi. Regarding my request about NCAE Results of Students in the Philippines. This is the short abstract of our thesis.
"With the growing interest of people in android based applications, it has been observed that mobile devices can be used to increase the educational skills of school going children, Android is a powerful operating system and it supports a large number of applications in Smartphones. These applications are more comfortable and advanced for users. Most people only use the basic mathematical knowledge like additions , subtractions, multiplications and divisions. People can give you real life applications but they are mostly used by engineers.
As of this day the Technology greatly helped the students and teachers when the pandemic started. Since the availability of the smartphones and laptops are abundant today, this helped them to communicate and continue learning even at home.
We use android studio to build this kind of applications, android studio's apply changes feature lets you push code and resource changes to your running app without restarting your app—and, in some cases, without restarting the current activity so you can continue the last chapter or the lesson you open and you can re-read or reviewed it without re-browsing the applications from the start.
This topic deals with the student and teachers of how they will cope up the easiest way and adopting the new learning’s in today’s world. And so as applying new ways to fully understand the topic in terms of trigonometry using android applications."

Dear Sir/Madam:
We are 4th year students of Cavite State University - Silang Campus taking Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. We are conducting a thesis for our subject ITEC200B-Thesis part 2. The title of our study is Android Based Interactive Trigonometry App for Students.
This title or topic tackles about the current mathematic subjects that the Grade 7 to Grade 10 would tackle with the new implementing curriculum on High Schools today specifically, Trigonometry. We are aiming to create an android program or application that would help these high school students to study and understand concepts and topics in Trigonometry especially in this trying times of pandemic. We are aiming to follow the curriculum that the high school students are taking for this particular application. We are trying to ask your good office data of National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) results, specifically the data of the result of mathematics examination from 2015 to 2020 if possible.
Hoping for your favorable response.
Respectfully yours,
