My name is Roan A. Donesa , 22 years of age. I am writing you concerning about requesting my National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) result. Because the original of my (NCAE) I’ve lost it and if it’s possible to have a new one again that would be great. I forgot what date I've taken the NCAE and we're the 2nd batch of Kto12. I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss with you if you could tell me what should I do to fix my concern, because it’s really necessarily one of my requirements in my school especially im graduating next school year.
