The researcher whose names appeared below is undertaking a research study titled “Exploratory Data Analysis of National Career Examination Results Using Cluster Analysis”. The short abstract of the study is as follows:
Abstract:
The study aims to classify using cluster analysis in data mining the skills and aptitude from the data sets on National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE). The objectives of the proposal research are the following:
1. To analyze clusters of students based on their skills and aptitudes;
2. After analysis, the researcher will then disseminate the results of the study;
3. To provide authorities with the results for realignment of teaching strategies or innovation according to the skills and aptitudes of students and
4. To streamline educational technologies and strategies in the Philippines.
In view of this, may I humbly request your good office to provide me data on the results of NCAE 2016-2019 in the Division of Ilocos Sur, District I for the exploration and analysis of data.

In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 10, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
