Hi, I would to request for changing my registered email address in my NBI clearance account. It turns out that the government staff who is responsible for account registers an email with a different and non-existing address. The registered email address is [email protected] I can't find the website to access this email as I am not inform on the day of the registration. The email address I submitted and the one I am only using for all my transactions is [email protected]. I am hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you.
