Dear Francis Cambaya,
Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Oct 05, 2021 12:16:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for NBC 461.
Please be informed that the Draft Joint Circular (JC), the new CHED and DBM issuance that will supersede the NBC 461 provisions related to the reclassification of faculty positions in SUCs, is not yet approved. As part of the process, the Draft JC will still have to undergo a series of zonal public consultations between the second half of October and first half of November, in order to solicit feedback from stakeholders, before having it approved by the Commission.
If you wish to get a copy of the Draft JC, it will be available on the CHED website for download within next week.
If you have other concerns regarding this matter, you may email [email protected] directly.
Thank you.
Respectfully,
FOI Officer
