Your request You asked for a copy of the National Tourism Development Plan (NTDP) 2023-2028. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, the NTDP 2023-2028 is still being finalized as of this time. As such, we are constrained to deny your request under Section 6 (b) of Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 89, which exempts from the right to access information such information that a premature disclosure would be likely to frustrate the implementation of a proposed official action. Rest assured that the Plan will eventually be made available thru the DOT portal or website once finalized. A copy of the NTDP 2016-2022 is available online thru: http://tourism.gov.ph/NTDP.aspx For further assistance, you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://efoi-ph.appspot.com/help.
