Hi! I would like to request for the blueprint of the National Tourism Development Plan 2023. We will be using this as a reference for our policy paper on the cuisine and cuisine heritage of Cebu's food and beverage, and how our paper will be in line with the NTDP 2023 of the Department of Tourism.

Your request You asked for a copy of the National Tourism Development Plan (NTDP) 2023-2028. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, the NTDP 2023-2028 is still in its stages of preparation for dissemination. As such, we are constrained to deny your request under Section 6 (b) of Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 89, which exempts from the right to access to information such information that a premature disclosure would be likely to frustrate the implementation of a proposed official action. Rest assured that the NTDP will eventually be made available through the DOT portal or website once available for release.
