I transferred to DLS-COllege of Saint Benilde to pursue another course and the Office of the Registrar is asking me to submit the NSTP serial number so that it will be credited in my new course. Thank you for your request dated Sep 03, 2020 04:00:23 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for National Service Training Program Serial Number. Your FOI request is approved. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.
