Good day,
I would like to request for the comprehensive results of the National Road Roughness Index Program (NRRIP) III which surveyed a total of 12,382 kilometers of all primary national roads nationwide and secondary national roads in various regions in 2019. Specifically the roughness index estimates for the roads/ infrastructures surveyed.

This request is in support of an independent study I am conducting. I have already completed my bachelor's and master's and I'm not presently registered as a student with any university/school. Therefore, I would not be able to provide a letter with an official logo or bearing signature of a school advisor.
