I would like to request for the following data set for a research project entitled "Three Use Cases for Big Data in Universal Health Care: Social Determinants of Health, Service Delivery Networks, and Fraud Detection". We need it to be in CSV format with data dictionaries for:
-PhilHealth enrollment and coverage
-PhilHealth utilization
-Presence of PhilHealth accredited RHU
-No Balance Billing claims among sponsored members (%)
-LGUs with facilities contracted to provide PhilHealth Primary care benefits TB DOTS and maternal care package

We just want to clarify if this is related to the Big Data Project of Dr. Wong. PhilHealth is coordinating with Samantha Cosalan, MD-MBA and Deo Estanislao for the data extraction parameters.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 10, 2017 05:36:24 AM, your request will be closed.

Dear Erika,
I refer to my letter of Feb 15, 2017 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for National, regional, and provincial data on the following indicators. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 10, 2017.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
