Hi I would like to request my national identification number as I accidentally lost my registration slip and I haven't receive my ID card yet. Appreciate your help with this please. Thank you so much.

Thank you for your request dated Sep 28, 2023 07:21:14 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. Your FOI request is approved. Currently, the transaction reference number (TRN) is required to check if you have been issued your PhilSys Number (PSN) and are eligible to claim your ePhilID. We seek your understanding of this limitation and advise you to wait for the delivery of your physical card.
