Good day! I would like to request for scheduling for delivery of my national ID, I applied on July 17, 2021 I have already completed all the required steps. I have the transaction number 10522203710284020210717083811 and my name is Christine Joy S. Claridad My previous co-workers have applied on the same day and they already got their national ID except me. Therefore, I am humbly requesting for the delivery of my national ID. I do really appreciate you reading this message and am hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you!
