Good day Sir/Ma'am, May I request assistance in your good office in tracing my National ID. It's been 2 years since my application but I still haven't received it. I already asked the Post Office and the Barangay Hall but they don't have my National ID. To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address [email protected]. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/. Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph.
