Hi! I would like to request for the information regarding my national ID. I am Veronica V. Mercado from Malabon City. My national ID transaction number was 77502226500136820210724114834. It's July 24, 2021 at Robinson Malabon when I got the national ID PhilSys Transaction Slip, but until now I don't get any update and I can't even track it. I am hoping for your kind response.

Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is not a valid FOI request as the same is not a request for a document, but is more of a customer service or front line service request which should be addressed to and could be best answered by our customer service.
