Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we were able to determine that this particular information is a customer service request and/or concern and is not included in the documents under the PHLPost FOI. In any case, I have inquired about the status of this parcel and was informed that it was already received by the addressee last January 11, 2023. Should you have further concerns regarding this, we suggest that you personally go to Minglanilia Post Office for clarification. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to PHLPost Central Appeals and Review Committee.
