Hi Good day, i would like to request to change my adress in claiming my national ID. Lastname: Anayon Firstname: Lea Mae Middle Name: Valencia National id was processed in Davao City and i currently living in south cotabato. i am requesting to change the delivery address to South Cotabato PSA Office

October 4, 2023 Dear Lea Mae Anayon, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 28, 2023 09:28:53 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for National ID change delivery address. Your FOI request is approved. We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/. For other concerns, you may reach PhilSys Registry Office thru email at [email protected], Hotline 1388, and https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial.
