May 17, 2019 Dear Sean Thakur, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 11, 2019 06:42:20 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for National Demographic Health Survey. Response to Request We would like to inform that you when requesting for dataset (raw data) the following must be observed 1. Send a letter of formal request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed signature of the Agency Head/Thesis Adviser of the requester indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata to [email protected] 2. Once the request is approved, we will send you Data Product Agreement for your signature. 3. Requested data will be provided to you once required documents are processed and approved. In the meantime, you may wish to visit the openstat.psa.gov.ph as this contains items of the surveys the PSA conducts, or you may send specification of tables (variables in row,column format) and we will do the tabulation for you.
