This is to formally request that I may be furnished with a copy of the National Achievement Test Secondary Level- English (NAT) Results for 2018, 2019, and 2020, (if available) in the following level:
(1) Overall National Performance/Rating;
(2) Overall Performance of Region 2 and the individual Performance rating of the different schools, both private and public in the Division of Tuguegarao.
The data which I will obtain from this request will be used as basis for my research on The Reading Comprehension Level of Junior High School Students: A Basis for an Enhanced Reading Program. This study aims to know the comprehension level of participants/respondents of the study so that an appropriate Reading Intervention Program can be designed for them.

I refer to my letter of Jul 01, 2022 02:47:22 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for National Achievement Test Results.
Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
