I am currently working on my master's thesis on utilization of picto-textual glosses in incidental vocabulary learning of the senior high school students. In line with this, I am requesting for the information on the 2018 National Achievement Test Results in NCR, specifically in Grade 12 in the City of Manila.
The information that you will share with me is very essential in analyzing the problems that the second language learners are experiencing. It will help me provide strong evidences that the Filipino learners are having difficulty in language proficiency and eventually come up with a solution.
The result of my study will be a good basis in creating a teacher's guide in making reading materials. I believe that appropriate reading materials will help the learners acquire a good number of vocabulary.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 03, 2020.
