(1) Overall National Performance/Rating in Mathematics
(2) Overall Performance of Region X in Mathematics and the individual Performace/Rating of the Division of Malaybalay City in Mathematics
(3) Individual Performace/Rating of the Schools in Division of Malaybalay City in terms of Mathematics
(4) Least performed competencies in Mathematics

I am Lawrence Mark C. Larot, a student of the Bukidnon State University-Main Campus. I am currently taking my Master of Arts in Education Major in Mathematics Education. As a requirement for my thesis, we need substantial data that supports the gap behind the rationale of my thesis. The deadline for this paper is on March 5, 2022. The following information that you have requested for clarification is listed below:
SPECIFIC INFORMATION NEEDED:
National Achievement Test (NAT) Results for SY 2017 - 2018, SY 2018 - 2019, and S.Y. 2019 - 2020 in the following levels:
(1) Overall Mean Percentage Score in Mathematics
(2) Overall Mean Percentage Score of Region X in Mathematics and the individual Performace/Rating of the Division of Malaybalay City in Mathematics
(3) Individual Performace/Rating of the Schools in Division of Malaybalay City in terms of Mathematics
(4) Least performed competencies in Mathematics in terms of Mean Percentage Score
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
The purpose of the study is to support the rationale and introduction of my thesis. This supports the gap in why I conduct the studies of my thesis. My thesis is about the development and validation of instructional material. The data that will be provided by this agency will strengthen the claim in developing and validating the instructional material.
OUTPUT OF THE PROJECT
The output of the project will be the thesis about the development and validation of the instructional material. This paper contains information about the standard operating procedure in developing and validating the instructional material. This material developed and validated as my thesis is such a great help for the learners and this will be part of the roosters of learning resources by the agency.

I refer to my letter of Feb 15, 2022 08:23:44 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for National Achievement Test Results 2018, 2019, 2020 for Region X and Division of Malaybalay City.
Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
