Hi!
May I request for a copy of the National Achievement Test (NAT) Results for 2018, 2019, and 2020 in the following Level;
(1) Overall National Performance/Rating
(2) Overall Performance of Region 1 and the individual Performace/Rating of the different School Division
(3) Individual Performace/Rating of the Schools in Pangasinan
I need this as I am currently doing research comparing three different schools in District 3, Pangasinan, and their performance in the past 3 years.

I am Ysabel V. Pitargue, a student of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. I am currently taking my Master's in Business Administration. As a requirement, we need to conduct a strategic management analysis on a specific company, its competitors, and its industry. The deadline for this paper is on January 15, 2021. The following information that you have requested for clarification is listed below:
SPECIFIC INFORMATION NEEDED:
National Achievement Test (NAT) Results for 2018, 2019, and 2020 in the following levels:
(1) Overall National Performance/Rating
(2) Overall Performance of Region 1 and the individual Performance/Rating of the different School Division
(3) Individual Performance/Rating of the Schools in Pangasinan
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
The purpose of the study is to compare the performance of three individual schools located in Calasiao, San Carlos, and Malasiqui respectively. One of their critical success factors is their performance in professional boards and national achievement tests. I would want to compare who is doing best, and how well are the three doing in comparison to the region and to the whole country
OUTPUT OF THE PROJECT
The output of the project will be a strategic management paper. The paper not only contains this information, but also an external analysis of the higher education institution, an internal analysis of the company I chose, as well as strategic and financial analyses.

Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
