Specifically, the study sought answers to the following questions:
1. What is the extent of the use of differentiated instruction of teachers in terms of?
1.1 lesson design and implementation;
1.2 content;
1.3 procedure; and
1.4 learning?
2. What is the level of academic achievement of Grade 10 students in Math?
3. Is there a significant relationship between the use of differentiated instruction and the academic achievement of students in Mathematics 10?
4. Based on the findings of the study, what enhancement plan can be proposed?

Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
