I am a third-year student of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela currently taking up a Bachelor of Secondary education – Major in Mathematics, and requesting to have a copy of the latest NAT result. The request data will be useful for our current research titled “Po-Shen Loh Method: In Improving the Academic Performance of Grade 9 Students In Quadratic Equation From Polo National High School During S.Y. 2022-2023” for us to know the current status of students’ performance in the field of mathematics.
These details pertain specifically to my request:
1) overall rating of NCR (2017-2020
2) overall rating of Valenzuela City and individual rating of different schools in Valenzuela city (2017-2020)
3) overall rating of Polo National High school, Valenzuela city (2017-2020)

I refer to my letter of Jul 11, 2022 06:00:58 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for National Achievement Test (NAT).
Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
