It would be of great help if you can provide me a result of any test that will show the status/problems of our students in Junior and Senior high school with regards to writing or any narrative report or documents about this concern.

I am currently working on my dissertation under Phd Filipino in University of Batangas. My proposed paper is about "Integratibong Gawain na Makapagpapaunlad ng Kakayanang Pagsulat ng senior High School".
In this paper I want to address the problems being encountered by teachers and students in writing. I need to support this with facts that writing is really a problem even to this date that is why I am humbly asking for a documents supporting this.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 13, 2021.
