First of all, I wanted to express my gratitude for your prompt response and for your positive feedback. Thank you for noticing our request for the development of our research.
We are third year college student of University of Rizal System-Morong Campus, under the degree program Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Science. In light with our ongoing research entitled: TEACHING-LEARNING MATERIALS FOR GRADE 10 BIOLOGY, we are humbly writing this letter/request to have the copy of 2011-2020 Grade-10 NAT result of the Division of Rizal specifically in the science area. Our research before was entitled: BIO-FEEDIA: FEATURE GRAPHIC MATERIALS FOR GRADE 10 LEARNERS and as we revised with our adviser, it changed in another title but still in line with instructional materials. For us to make an output that intended for Grade 10 learners we must have the gaps first, and we know that NAT result will help us to find that gaps aside surveying. Therefore, if we have lot of gaps we can assure that we can defend our thesis.
We understand that we are carrying a huge responsibility. Rest assures that all the data we’ve collected will be treated with utmost confidentiality for the development of our research. We hope that this request will merit your favorable approval. Thank you very much and God bless.

I refer to my letter of Jan 27, 2023 07:33:53 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for NAT Results in Grade 10 (Division of Rizal).
Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
