I am enrolled at Bicol University Graduate School, Daraga, Albay for this 1st sem school year 2019 - 2020 taking up Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Management. I am presently working on my dissertation entitled “Comparative Assessment of the Graade 10 National Achievement Test Performance of Public Secondary Schools in the Division of Legazpi City”.
Relative to this, I would like to ask a copy of the National Achievement Test Results of all Public Secondary Schools in the division of Legazpi City, Albay for the last three school years from 2015-2016,2016-2017 and 2017 – 2018. I need this data to determine if there is any significant different among the NAT performance of the secondary school in five core subjects.

This study will determine the significant difference among the National Achievement Test performance of all public secondary schools in the division of legazpi City, Albay in the core subject for the last three school years from school year 2015-2016, 2016-2017, and 2017-2018. The researcher will also identify the factors affecting the performance of the school in NAT. Based from the findings, policy recommendations shall be proposed by the researcher.
The respondents of the study are the school heads of the 13 public secondary schools the department heads in each core areas, the grade 10 teachers who are teaching in English, Math, Filipino, Science, and Araling Panlipunan in all public secondary schools in the division of Legazpi City, Albay.
The descriptive method of research is to be used to describe the school profile in terms of type, school size, number of grade 10 students from school year 2015-2016 to 2017-2018, class size and NAT performance of the schools in the core subjects. Moreover, the descriptive research method is also employ to present the interpretation and analysis of the significant difference among the National Achievement Test performance of the schools in the core subjects for the last three (3) school years.

Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
