Hi! Thank you for your reply. Also, I apologize for the delay of my request. Here is the short abstract and a professional development program for science educators is an intended output:
This sequential explanatory design will explore science teachers’ self-efficacies and experiences in technology integration regarding technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) which will focus on quantitative findings (survey) supported by qualitative findings (interview). The study will involve 98 secondary science teachers in Pampanga for the survey and those who have the highest and lowest levels of TPACK will be subject for the interview. Descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA will be used in the quantitative data analysis while for the qualitative data analysis, a thematic process will be conducted. The findings will help science leaders to determine which knowledge in the TPACK framework (content, pedagogy, or technology) of should be given a priority to improve science education in the province. Also, education leaders and policy makers will be enlightened by the knowledge to be bestowed upon the results of this study. Eventually, this study will assist and provide an intended output in generating ideas, programs, and projects for professional development of science teachers in the Philippines with the application of the TPACK framework.
Thank you!
