Dear Jana Kayla De Guzman,
I refer to my letter of Oct 06, 2023 05:09:40 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for NAT Results for Academic Year 2020 to 2022.
To process your request, kindly submit the following documents:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Please be informed that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.

In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 01, 2024.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
