Good day,
My study is entitled Effectiveness of Strategic Intervention Material (SIM) for Least Learned Competency in Grade 10 Biology. It aims to develop a learning material that will help the students master the least learned competency in biology. Since in K-12 curriculum uses spiral progression in science, it is very helpful to look at the performance of the students in the said subject through the result of National Achievement Test (NAT). It will serve as my reference whether students, in general, are good in the Science.

I refer to my letter of Apr 15, 2019 08:03:07 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for NAT result.
Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
