The Alta Tierra Integrated School, Inc. would like to request for the following: 1) Results of National Achievement Test (2013-2018) for Grade 6 2) Results of National Career Assessment Examination (2013-2018) 3) Results of NAT (2013-2018) for Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Cavite Schools (if possible) 4) Competencies Tested during inclusive years (for both examinations) Thank you for your immediate and positive response!

January 8, 2024 Dear Ivan Lawrence Aguilar, I refer to my letter of Mar 01, 2018 09:07:27 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for NAT & NCAE Results of Alta Tierra Integrated School, Inc.. Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code: a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables); a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution; B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser; c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean. Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request. For more information, kindly refer to Section 14 of DepEd Order no. 55, s. 2016, or the “Policy Guidelines on the National Assessment of Student Learning for the K-12 Basic Education Program” through this link: https://www.deped.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/DO_s2016_55-3.pdf. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 01, 2024 02:10:39 AM, your request will be closed.
