Unfortunately, the information you are requesting falls under the list of Exceptions to the Right of Access to Information enumerated in the Inventory of Exceptions to Right to Access to Information issued by the Office of the President (attached as ANNEX B to the FOI Manual of the DSWD). Specifically, it falls under:

a. Information of a personal nature where disclosure would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, personal information or records, including sensitive personal information, birth records, school records, or medical or health records;

Your decision is Corrupt and Obstruction of Justice. You are concealing evidence in my Attempted Murder. The information I have requested has been publicized by DSWD. You have Notice Boards in the Foyers of all DSWD offices with the names of all employees and their corresponding photos, yet you refused me?  As I am a child, you are also committing Child Abuse. You are on Notice and have 7 days to comply with my legitimate and lawful request.
